Jakartans, Here is How to Obtain E-SPPT PBB-P2

Starting 2021, Jakarta Government will no longer use paper for Notification of Tax Due (Land and Building Tax of Urban and Rural Sector) or SPPT PBB-P2. Because next year taxpayers will receive electronic SPPT PBB-P2 (e-SPPT PBB-P2).

This online tax service is implemented to simplify PBB-P2 tax processing

Jakarta Bapenda Head, Mohammad Tsani Annafari conveyed, taxpayers should register first at website pajakonline.jakarta.go.id.

Here are the steps; open website pajakonline.jakarta.go.id, click e-SPPT menu at the top of the page, select e-SPPT PBB-P2 list in the upper right corner of the page.

Next, fill the tax object data such as NOP PBB-P2, name of the taxpayer (as mentioned at SPPT) and year of SPPT.

After filling tax object data, taxpayer will be directed to fill the downloader's data to know it is individual or company, downloader's domicile in Jakarta or outside Jakarta, downloader's single identity number (NIK), downloader's relationship with the taxpayer (as mentioned at SPPT), and downloader's mobile phone number and email address.

"Before clicking 'I agree' box, first read the special provisions. After read it, click the green 'send' button," he explained, Monday (12/28).

According to him, system will verify the data and applicant will get verification result in email. After receiving email from Jakarta Bapenda, e-SPPT file can be seen directly via link which sent to applicant's email.

"E-SPPT information will appear when downloaded. This online tax service is implemented to simplify PBB-P2 tax processing. Because starting 2021, SPPT PBB-P2 in Jakarta will be issued and submitted via online," he asserted.
