PT. Jakpro (Perseroda) President Director, Dwi Wahyu Daryoto stated, this ITF will be built to process waste in West Jakarta and convert it to energy.

ITF Management Study Budget DecreasedFor the construction, PT. Jakpro cooperated with consortium company, PT. Wijaya Karya (WIKA) and PT. Indoplas. The project basic agreement signing and performance bond submission for waste treatment in West Jakarta had been carried out on Monday (12/28).
According to him, West Jakarta ITF power plant will be located in Cakung, East Jakarta. This ITF, he continued, is able to process 2,000-2,200 tons waste a day which generates electricity with an average of 35-40 megawatts.
Indoplas Group President Director, Bobby Gafur Umar conveyed, ITF used technology from Germany with global EURO 5 emission standard to process the waste. The source of funding also comes from German Government.
He added, the technology checking and testing or called the commissioning preparation is targeted for 2024.
"That way, Jakarta can start managing waste which has been a problem for both city and the environment in mid 2024," he closed.
