Anies Makes Sure BST Distribution Process Runs Orderly

The distribution process runs well and orderly by implementing strict health protocols

Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan, directly monitored the distribution of cash social assistance (BST) at SDN Palmeriam 01 and SDN Kayu Manis 01, Matraman, East Jakarta, on Wednesday (1/13). BST distribution is an effort to alleviate the economic impact of the community due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

"The distribution process runs well and orderly by implementing strict health protocols," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release.

He even also left a message to BST recipients to use it wisely and prioritize family needs.

"Please use it for the main thing. If you can, use it to make a business. Hopefully everything goes well," he said.

As for the information the amount of Jakarta BST is Rp 300,000 per month which is given for four months starting from January to April 2021. It is distributed to 1,055,216 recipients which are done in 2021 in stages and takes turns from one administrative area of Jakarta to another.

There are a total of 814 school points distributed in six cities/districts with 160 school points used every day for distribution.
