The condition of Central Jakarta Cleanliness Department building on Jalan Rawasari Selatan 1, Cempaka Putih Timur Urban Village, Cempaka Putih Sub-District, looks concern. The building looks dull and damaged in some part.

Based on beritajakarta.com observation, some ceiling looks damaged. The wall paint also dull. The door and window are fragile because of eaten by termites.
"If I want to work, I feel uncomfortable because of this condition, the environment is dirty, the ceiling also prone to fall. We hope it will be repaired soon," said one of the employee who don't want to mention the name, Monday (11/3).
Ciliwung River Normalization Project AcceleratedHead of Central Jakarta Cleanliness Sub-Department, Anggiat Togatorop, said his side has submitted the plan of new building since 2013 ago.
"The developer is City Housing Department. But, it is canceled due to incomplete planning," he added.
According to him, there was an offering to his side developing the building, but he refused.
"It is hoped the project will start next year," he stated.
