Ciracas Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Task Force deployed 13 personnel to handle collapsed retaining wall of Baru River on Jl. Raya Bogor, Ciracas, East Jakarta, Thursday (2/25).

Ciracas Sub-district SDA Task Force Head, Sarkam conveyed, retaining wall with length 50 meters and height 4 meters was collapsed during heavy rain on last Saturday (2/20).
Those personnel were deployed to repair retaining wall manually and installed emergency levee from dolken woods. As well as filled the collapsed part with sandbags and debris.

His side repaired the collapsed retaining wall temporarily to prevent other parts from collapsing.
"It could be dangerous if it is not repaired immediately and we are afraid pedestrian bridge near the site to be eroded due to landslide," he asserted.
His side targeted to finish handling the collapsed retaining wall next month.
