In the aftermath of a tornado that hit three residents' houses in Pekayon Urban Village, Pasar Rebo, on Sunday (3/21) at around 4 PM, the East Jakarta Social Sub-agency (Subdinsos) immediately took an action by distributing logistic to the victims at the location, on Monday (3/22).

"We immediately distributed the aid after receiving a request from the urban village. Hopefully this can ease the burden on residents affected by the tornado," he uttered, on the sidelines of logistic assistance distribution at the Pekayon Urban Village Office.
Pekayon Urban Village Secretary Sunar added that the tornado had damaged three houses in RT 01/RW 04 and RT 14, 07/RW 01. The affected residents did not evacuate and chose to stay.
"We have requested for home improvements to the East Jakarta Baznas Bazis. Hopefully they can process and follow up it as soon as possible," he stated.
