After passing through a long evaluation of the last few days, prices were still relatively stable to this day. Commercial rice was from Indramayu, Karawang, Subang, Cilacap, Karanganyar, Sidoarjo and Lampung with a total of 10,000 tons.
"The role of PIBC towards rice in Jakarta is enormous. As of today, we have 33,408 tons of stock at PIBC. So it is a very ideal number and it tends to be stable from month to month," he explained.
He added the raw material for granulated sugar procured from Bulog, PT RNI, PT GMM, PT Sungai Budi, PT Aman Agrindo reached 5,000 tons.
"The sugar we have is relatively stable. The stock in PT FSTJ's warehouse as of March 24 still reaches 1,500 tons," he uttered.
While for domestic chicken eggs procured from the Putra Blitar Cooperative, CV Mitra Jaya Bogor and CV Radhia Abadi Bandung reached 10 tons.

Since last year, the price of this cooking oil had continued to increase from around Rp 10,800 today to Rp 13,000. Especially at the derivative market, it was almost Rp 14,000.
"Based on the latest information, cooking oil is closely related to the upstream products, where cooking oil impacts the price of crude palm oil (CPO)," he explained.
