4,825 MSME Actors have Been Vaccinated against COVID

In Jakarta, as many as 300 to 500 MSME actors are vaccinated every day

Jakarta Industry Trade Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) Agency has noted that as many as 4,825 actors of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) has passed through the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination.

Jakarta PPKUKM Agency Acting Hea Andri Yansyah expressed that as many as 435,482 MSME actors were targeted to receive vaccine, starting from Jakpreneur, market traders, and MSME actors or traders in malls.

"To smoothen it, we have cooperated with the Indonesian Shopping Center Management Association for preparing vaccination sites," he expressed, Sunday (4/11).

He explained the vaccination was also held in malls near healthcare services conducted by the Health Agency in order to smoothen the mobilization of health workers and health equipment.

"In Jakarta, as many as 300 to 500 MSME actors are vaccinated every day," he uttered.

According to him, it was done as they were very vulnerable to being exposed to COVID-19 due to frequent interactions with the community.

"That's why we want them to be vaccinated so they can do their business safely and comfortably. Nevertheless, those have been been vaccinated, they must adhere to health protocols," he uttered.

So, let's jointly succeed the vaccination program and follow government directions to keep implementing the program until this pandemic ends.
