Central Jakarta Intensifies Raid against PPKS Ahead of RamadanAccording to him, during Ramadan, they often came at the time after breaking the fast. He added, those who had been netted were brought to the SKKT building in Tanjung Priok to undergo a rapid antigen test. Afterwards they would be housed at the Bina Insan (PSBI) I Cipayung Social House, East Jakarta or PSBI II Kedoya, West Jakarta for coaching.
"The process of returning them from the social house, for those who are picked up again by the family must be accompanied by a statement letter that guarantees that the person won't return to the street. However, the best coaching is not in social institutions but in the family," he stated.
He added most of them were from outside Jakarta and came without having a skill.
"We also do a search. If they still have families in their respective hometowns, we come to their areas and meet families for the return process, including also communicate with the area of origin," he added.
Meanwhile, for PPKS outreach ahead of Eid, his party was still waiting for direction and coordination from the Jakarta Social Agency.
