"It is purely flat tire. All of our tires are original, but that flat tire was produced in 2016, thus when it goes flat, it looks like retreading. We should understand that if the tire is flat it doesn't mean retreading. Because it can be happened on original tires too," he explained.
Related to the flat tire incident, he conveyed that the tires condition was still in good condition (TWI 5.7 mm).
"The last time bus carried out KIR test was on February 9, 2021 and passed the test to serve the public," he said.
