JXB Won Two Best Awards at BUMD Marketeer Award 2021

PT. Jakarta Tourisindo (Jaktour) with its new branding, Jakarta Experience Board (JXB) received gold award for category The Most Promising Company in Entrepreneurial SOE and The Most Promising in Branding Campaign at BUMD Marketeer Award 2021 held by Markplus.

These two categories are intended for BUMD companies that have potential and success in implementing innovative business principles and marketing strategies. In judging process, JXB got the highest points and led quite far compared to other participants.

Novita Dewi Successfully Manages Jakarta Experience Board from Loss to Profit

JXB President Director, Novita Dewi expressed her gratitude for appreciation given to the company.

"We are grateful that our efforts to improve company's performance have received recognition and appreciation at BUMD Marketeer Award," she conveyed, Thursday (6/10).

JXB is currently transforming the company in terms of branding, corporate governance, and human resources. It also prepares new programs in collaboration with Jakarta Government to rebuild tourism and creative economy sectors in the capital.

"We collaborate to form joint venture of Kota Tua and Sunda Kelapa, Jakpreneurfest 2021, and Jakarta Investment Forum 2021. Business strategy and marketing applied must be more creative and extra in dealing with challenging situations," she mentioned.

Meanwhile, Markplus.Inc Founder, Hermawan Kertajaya said, BUMD Marketer Award is held as an appreciation for companies that have applied entrepreneurship principles in running their business, especially during difficult times due to pandemic.

Winner selection process is carried out through various stages, from submitting reports related to company's strategy and achievements to judging session. JXB presented report results at judging session which held earlier.

BUMD Marketeer Award is part of Jakarta Marketing Week 2021 event series which held virtually. Judging involves member of Jakarta CMO Club, Indonesia Marketing Association, and International Council for Small Business in Indonesia.

"The winners in this event have been through approval process from BUMN Ministry," he stated.
