Central Jakarta Hosts Two-Day Job Fair, Don’t Miss It

As the heart of the capital city, Central Jakarta still has a lot of problems. One of them is its locals who have yet to get jobs. Of the 1,820,762 people living in eight sub-districts in the municipality, it is recorded that 47,264 out of them are still unemployed.

To suppress unemployment rate, Central Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Sub-Department will open job fair on the 6th floor of ITC Cempaka Mas, Jalan Letjen Suprapto, Cempaka Putih, on upcoming November 26-27, and participated by 55 leading companies in the capital city that would provide 5,000 vacancies.

Head of Manpower Placement and Transmigration Section for Central Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Su-Department, Jemdiana Simangunsong, said that job fair is a quite effective program to absorb manpower. Hopefully, job seekers would get jobs in accordance to their interests and talents.

South Jakarta Opens Job Fair

“We will open the job fair from 9 AM until 6 PM. The event is free of charge. Our department will also provide yellow card processing service for free. We hope the job seekers would come with well-dressed and bring complete resume,” he stated, Monday (11/24).
