Central Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security (KPKP) Sub-agency has noted that as many as 1,413 rabies-transmitting animals (HPR) belonging to residents have received anti-rabies vaccines over the past two weeks.

Kemayoran Sub-district Executing Unit Head, Siti Humaeroh said, it was -conducted on October 21 to November 21. Those 1,413 animals vaccinated were 1,209 cats, 192 dogs, 7 monkeys, and 5 ferrets.
"We appreciate Kemayoran people who are enthusiastic about getting their pets vaccinated. This is a form of concern for the health of animals, including its owners," she expressed, Friday (11/19).

"Similar action will also be conducted next year through door-to-door system to urban village offices, RPTRAs, and RW secretariat offices," she stated.
