Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Agency provides door-to-door population administration (adminduk) service at Jakarta City Hall, Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan No. 8-9, Gambir, Central Jakarta.

Jakarta Dukcapil Agency Head, Budi Awaludin mentioned, this service is provided for two days, on November 24-25, 2021 at 08:00-12:00.

"This service is free of charge and can be done in a day," he added.
According to him, Dukcapil Agency is intensively carrying out door-to-door services. Not only in Jakarta City Hall, but also in various locations in five municipalities, in special recording school for beginners, RW, public housing, and RPTRA named Kamsa or Kampung Sadar Adminduk (Village Aware of Population Administration).
By intensifying the service, his side expected to meet 100 percent of target, especially for population data such as KTP and KIA.
Sari Agustin (30), an ASN who use the service admitted it was very helpful. Moreover, the service is fast. She wanted to replace photo on e-KTP with hijab-wearing photo.
"This service makes it easier for me, because I can't to go to urban village office due to my work schedule. Hopefully this door-to-door service can be accessed by wider community," she conveyed.
