Optimizing Public Services, Jakarta Grants Regional Assets to Forkopimda

As an effort to realize the spirit of collaboration in building Jakarta, the Jakarta administration signed the handover of regional assets to ranks of Forkopimda, namely Jakarta Polda Metro Jaya and Kajati (High Court), at Jakarta City Hall, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (12/29).
The grant process also needs to follow the stages according to the applicable regulations/stipulations
It was executed by City Secretary, Marullah Matali together with Jakarta Attorney General, Febrie Adriansyah and Polda Metro Jaya Chief, Gen. Pol. Muhammad Fadil Imran, witnessed by Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan.
The Governor disclosed, the assets handover was not only a means of building a harmonious partnership, but also as a consideration to support the implementation of the tasks and functions of the agency given the grant.

Of course, this is a concrete manifestation of our commitment in Jakarta in collaboration with Polda Metro Jaya and Kajati," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release.
He hoped that their role and function in building the city of Jakarta could be more optimal. It was because the asset grant could be used as intended, transparently and accountably in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.
"We also hope it will be our commitment in Jakarta as a partner. Thus both agencies can carry out their duties better," he concluded.
As for the information, this asset transfer is a follow-up to Article 396, Home Ministry Regulation number 19/2016 on Guidelines for Management of Regional Property.
Further, the ministry in question also states that regional property can be granted if it meets the requirements:
a. Not a state secret item;
b. Not an item that dominates the lives of many people; or
c. No longer used in carrying out duties and functions of regional government administration
Then, all costs incurred in the process of implementing the grant are fully borne by the recipient of the grant. The administration allocated regional assets as objects of grants to the two agencies with a total value of Rp 97,016,626.432,00.
The types of assets donated to these two agencies are:
1. PPAD BPAD's Tennis Court Land and Permanent Open Sports Building located on Jalan Raya Gading Indah, Kelapa Gading Timur will be used for Kelapa Gading Police Office
2. Empty land allocated for PPAD BPAD on Jalan Pelapah Elok III, Kelapa Gading Barat will be used for North Jakarta Police Chief's Office House
3. Land and Building PPAD BPAD-Lending-Use Assets on Jalan Ranco Indah/Jalan Tanjung 1 Jagakarsa, which is currently used for the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office
4. Land and Building PPAD BPAD-Fixed Assets on Jalan Raya Kembangan, Kembangan Utara, which is currently used for the West Jakarta District Attorney's Office
