Jakarta Government through Manpower, Transmigration (Nakertrans) and Energy Agency collaborates with PT. Top Karir Indonesia to launch Jaknaker.id service at Jakarta City Hall. Jaknaker.id is an online service platform that provides information related to job vacancies, job training (online and offline), aptitude test for job seekers, online training service for MSMEs, and other employment services.

"Employment service (Jaknaker.id) is provided as a real contribution of Jakarta Government through collaboration work in providing employment services that can be felt directly by the community. This activity is also one of our efforts to deal with employment problems during COVID-19 pandemic," said Jakarta Vice Governor, Ahmad Riza Patria, as quoted from Jakarta PPID Press Release, Thursday (11/18).
He also mentioned that employment portal is provided to address the current challenges that lead to automation and digitalization. Jaknaker.id makes it easier for employers (demand) and job seekers (supply) including various key information needed to support best matching process, such as salary, special skills, and technical expertise.

"Jakarta Government is not only trying to open formal job placement (work contract) between job seekers and employers, but also trying to open up opportunities for job seekers through informal job placements, namely entrepreneurs. We hope it is not only improve the economy, but also provide job opportunities for others," he stated.
Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration (Nakertrans) and Energy Agency Head, Andri Yansyah explained, Jaknaker.id launch was continuation of MoU which signed by Jakarta Government through Nakertrans and Energy Agency and PT. Top Karir Indonesia on Friday, September 10, 2021. While trial on Jaknaker.id had been carried out on November 16, 2021. Thus, now all services on Jaknaker.id can be used by wider community.
"Target of Jaknaker.id service is the relevant agencies, namely Nakertrans and Energy Agency, Education Agency, PPKUM Agency, BKK forum, teachers, alumni, and companies to take full advantages of Jaknaker.id services. Since starting the collaboration, as many as 1,421 job seekers have registered on Jaknaker.id with total 166,773 applications. Hopefully this collaboration can provide direct benefits to the community," he mentioned.
Currently, Jaknaker.id services have been directly integrated into Jakarta Government's JAKI application. In the future, Nakertrans and Energy Agency and PT. Top Karir Indonesia will carry out 'Job Canvassing' to companies (Industry) and 'Job Matching' to job seekers in Jakarta (Talent/Job Seeker).
