Jakarta Provincial Government still gives attention for 221 civil servants (PNS) teacher in West Jakarta after they have retired on upcoming 2016. The attention will be in allowance form.

The allowance will be given to the PNS as 75 percent of their salary, work day award, housing saving, and health assurance. Desi Putra, West Jakarta Employee Affair Office Head said so.

Bad Performance PNS Easily FiredDebriefing is held two years before they have retired. It aims to ease them running daily activity during retirement period. Allowance management is also given during the debriefing.
Meanwhile, Mulyani (58) SDN 01 Sukabumi Selatan teacher, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta admitted she did not about the allowance when debriefing is not held.
"I plan to run small business," she said.
