92,620 Rebuked in South Jakarta during Mask-wearing Operation

The South Jakarta Satpol PP has noted that they have netted around 92,620 violators for not wearing masks in the mask-wearing operation along January to December 2021.

In overall, we have managed to collect Rp 369,700,000 in fines

According to Ujang Harmawan, Head of South Jakarta Satpol PP, 91,741 were subject to social work sanctions, while 879 were subject to administrative fines with a total nominal of Rp 126,200,000.

"Last year, the operation was focused on ten sub-districts," he expressed, Tuesday (1/4).

North Jakarta Satpol PP Has Netted 62,917 Health Protocol Violators

In the same period, his personnel also managed to control around 34,074 restaurants. 2,037 were given sanctions after they violated the PPKM Level 1 rules. As for the 32,037 other places were still operating according to the rules.

Of 2,037 places of business, 231 were given dissolution sanctions, 1,258 were given written warnings, 353 closed for 1x24 hours, 180 closed for 3x24 hours, three closed for 7x24 hours and one temporarily suspended. Then 11 were subject to administrative fines with a total nominal of Rp 193,500,000.

While in offices, 135 were subject to 102 written warnings, five closed for 1x24 hours, 16 closed for 3x24 hours and 12 temporarily suspended.

Further, around 284 were subject to 214 written warnings, three closed for 1x24 hours, 62 closed for 3x24 hours, five temporarily suspended, and two paid fines with a total nominal of Rp 50,000,000.

"In overall, we have managed to collect Rp 369,700,000 in fines," he closed.
