PT. Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) is committed to urge all operator partners to improve their minimum service and safety standards. One of them is by cooperating with Wahana Kalpika Cooperative (KWK) to hold Fit to Work test regularly.

PT. Transjakarta Corporate Secretary and Public Relation Acting Head (Plt), Angelina Betris said, in this month, Fit to Work test would be carried out again in five KWK working areas simultaneously.
Fit to Work test will be also carried out by educating
the drivers, not only to large and medium bus rapid transit (BRT) and non-BRT drivers, but also for mikrotrans drivers.PT. Hopefully it will run well and can provide the best service for customers," she explained, Monday (1/10).
According to her, this activity was one of the efforts of PT. Transjakarta and its partner operators in increasing compliance with Minimum Service Standards (SPM).
"In this activity, we also carry out tests for narcotics, psychotropics, and other addictive substances (drugs)," she added.
With this activity, she stated, Transjakarta is optimistic that in the future it can improve its service optimally in various aspects, especially for customers' safety.
"These activities are indeed the focus of Transjakarta. Our goal is to further improve the quality of service and safety, not only in terms of fleets, but also readiness of human resources, in this case the drivers," she conveyed.
