This year, Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy (Parekraf) Agency will facilitate 200 fostered micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) or Jakpreneurs to register Intellectual Property Rights (HKI) to Directorate General of Intellectual Property of Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham).

Jakarta Parekraf Agency's Creative Economy Division Head, Helma Dahlia mentioned, Jakpreneurs facilitated in this year would be doubled from the previous year.
"In 2021, only 85 of 100 fostered Jakpreneurs who have met the administrative and technical requirements have received trademark rights certification. However, the remaining will still be assisted and re-submitted," she conveyed, Friday (1/14).

"Not only free, Jakpreneurs whose business will be registered can get assistance in filling out forms, requirements that must be completed, logo ownership, logo design, and benefits that can be obtained," she mentioned.
