JXB's Profit in 2021 Reaches Rp 14 Billion

After successfully posting a net profit of Rp 2.5 billion in 2020, in 2021, they made an extraordinary achievement with a profit of more than Rp 14 billion (unaudited).

JXB President Director, Novita Dewi thanked all management and employees who have worked very hard to provide the best for the company.

"We have gained a lot in 2021. But, this year and the years ahead, our challenges will be even greater. We have to prove that the growth we get in 2020 and 2021 is sustainable," she expressed, Monday (2/21).

Meanwhile, JXB Commissioner, Tatat Rahmita, also appreciated the leadership performance of all directors during 2021.

"Companies can have a profit of more than 500 percent is because of the ability to read opportunities and how the company manages to take these opportunities," she stated.

As for the information, to strengthen solidity and capability, JXB launched a 2022 Work Meeting to discuss strategies and achievement targets for the next year.

The meeting that was held on February 17-18 was officially led by BP BUMD Acting Head, Riyadi.

It was expected to be a forum for communication, discussion, and exchange of information between the directors and the managerial ranks to determine priorities for the next year. It was implemented on a limited basis under health protocols.

It carried the theme "Aim Higher, Grow Together" and was an effort the company wants to show in achieving greater, done together.

This great achievement stimulated every element of the company to continue to grow, adapting to increasingly complex business conditions and demands. Hopefully, the meeting could form an agreement between the managerial ranks to set the goals to be achieved, discuss the strategies to be implemented and commit to complement each other.

It also invited motivators who provided knowledge and motivation on how corporate culture is closely related to business continuity.

The year 2022 will be a challenging year for the company, how should the company be able to maintain and even improve the achievements of the previous year. The meeting itself is expected to become a routine agenda at the beginning of each year that can support, encourage and direct employee morale in the year ahead.
