South Jakarta Dukcapil Optimizes Adminduk Digital Service

During the pandemic, the South Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-agency optimizes population administration (adminduk) service digitization.

For the time being, there is no face-to-face adminduk service

South Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency Acting Head (Plt), Salimin ensured to provide optimal service by digitizing the process of adminduk services, especially during PPKM Level 3 in Jakarta.

"South Jakarta residents can download Alpukat Betawi app (Quick and Accurate Population Document Service) to apply for printing or issuance of population documents, such as Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Child Identity Card (KIA), E-ID card (e-KTP), Family Card (KK), and updating their biodata," he explained, Wednesday (3/2).

His side also served residents through Dropbox that was available in every urban village and sub-district office, including in South Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency.

"We also open a consultation room at South Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency Office that can be accessed via WhatsApp app," he added.

His side made sure to process resident requests related to adminduk quickly and accurately.

"For the time being, there is no face-to-face adminduk service to prevent COVID-19 transmission," he expressed.
