Dukcapil Intensifies Door-to-door Adminduk Services at Social Institutions

The Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Agency (Dukcapil) continues to intensify the door-to-door population administration (adminduk) services for social workers in social institutions.
Every resident has the right to obtain a residence document
Dukcapil Agency Head, Budi Awaludin said it was according to Law number 24/2013 on Amendments to Law number 23/2006 on Population Administration.
"Every resident has the right to obtain a residence document. This service is free of charge," he expressed, Wednesday (3/9).

"In its execution, the agency collaborates with the Social, Health, as well as Communication, Informatic and Statistic agencies to provide the services for them," he explained.
Besides recording or making e-ID cards, it also serves residents to propose child identity cards (KIA) and birth certificates.
"Last year, 671 services were opened at 24 social institutions. Therefore, we'll keep optimizing it," he explained.
Vulnerable Population Division Head, Achmad Sopian uttered, since March 8, the service has been opened at the Bina Karya Harapan Jaya Social Institution, Jalan Gunung Sahari II, Gunung Sahari Urban Village, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
"It has served around 30 social workers for e-ID card recording," he stated.
As for the door-to-door service, he added, will be conducted at the Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa 2 Budi Murni Social Institution, Cipayung, East Jakarta on March 24.
"It will be implemented gradually to reach other social workers," he stated.
