Jakarta Provincial Government received a grant in form of new five double-decker city tour buses from Tahir Foundation. The buses branded Mercedes Benz colored yellow-orange with a passenger capacity of 50 people was symbolically handed over by the founder of the Tahir Foundation, Dato Sri Tahir to Jakarta Governor Basuki 'Ahok' T Purnama, in Southwestern Silang Monas, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (12/10) morning.

Tahir Foundation Founder, Dato Sri Tahir admitted he was grateful can contribute in government programs. "I feel grateful I participated in a pro-people government program. There was another entrepreneur willing to donate five buses. By so, Jakarta would have 15 buses," he told.
Ahok along with Tahir also had the opportunity to review the bus. Even, the former Regent of East Belitung had a chance to sit in the driver's seat and press the horn.
After the signing of assistance handover, Ahok and Tahir then rode the bus heading to City Hall with a distance of about 100 meters from Silang Monas's gate.
