Of 87 business activities, 52 were sanctioned in 2020, two were in 2021, and 33 were in 2022.
Based on the data above, there are three types of business activities that are subject to the most sanctions during this period. They are the industrial sector (27 sanctions), companies (22 sanctions), and apartments (18 sanctions).

"Thus far, we have yet to conduct the cessation of operations, freezing, and revocation of permits to criminal sanctions," he said, Friday (4/1).
He explained that every business activity was asked to immediately improve its environmental management to not pollute the environment. It was following Law number 32/2009 on Environmental Protection and Management.
Thus far, 13 out of the 52 business activities that were administratively sanctioned had received a letter of arrangement. It was because they had made improvements to environmental management, met licensing requirements, and were willing to comply with statutory regulations.
"While other business activities are still in progress," he explained.
He added that there are indicators of the issuance of administrative sanctions to business activities such as ownership of environmental permits, management of liquid waste, B3 waste, solid waste, air emissions, either movable or immovable sources.
The purpose and objective of this environmental supervision are to increase the compliance of business activities with the laws and regulations in the environmental field, including reducing the level of pollution caused by business activities.
Aside that, his party was intensifying passive surveillance as part of the coaching and supervision solution.
"We still have the coaching side," he stated.
