Alpukat Betawi is a form of direct access for Jakarta residents to apply for population administration services. Through the website and application, they can propose population documents ranging from birth certificates, electronic identity cards (e-ID Card), family cards (KK), child identity cards (KIA), changes in biodata, to death certificates online.
Not only that, payments for the GoSend service can also be made in this application via a QRIS scan and using GoPay, which is presented through the integration of the Betawi Avocado platform with the Midtrans payment gateway.

He went on to say that residents who used GoSend services for managing residence documents through this application would immediately get a maximum shipping discount of Rp 6,000 during the period from May 12 to 26, 2022.
To ensure the security, confidentiality, and accuracy of the documents, the registration number and GoSend partner information will be recorded in the system. The documents to be sent would be put in a sealed envelope and the clerk would match the document number and the delivery order number at the time of pick up.
"I believe this integration makes our services more optimal and transparent as they are centered on one application. Our main goal is to provide services that are pleasant and happy for the community thus easy, fast, accurate, and complete services can be realized," he asserted.
Government Relations and Public Policy Gojek Director Dyan Shinto Ekoputri explained that residents could directly order GoSend Instant and SameDay services on the application for sending issued e-ID cards and KIA documents.
They would be much easier, as they can get all the benefits of the service through just one application and can be used anywhere. They could even order GoSend and monitor delivery status via live tracking directly.
She added this collaboration increased time effectiveness and efficiency in the flow of document management to realize fast delivery of population documents for residents. Moreover, 50% of applications for residence documents are now done online amid the pandemic.
