Ahead of the 2022 Jakarta E-Prix, the Jakarta Industry, Trade, Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprise (PPKUKM) Agency with Jakarta E-Prix organizers held training and briefing for MSMEs which would participate in the international event.
This is not just a race, but a message that Jakarta is ready to welcome the future
It was attended by Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan and Organizing Committee (OC) Chairman for Jakarta E-Prix 2022 Ahmad Sahroni at Ancol Beach City Mall, North Jakarta, Saturday (5/28).
In his remarks, the Governor stated that the Jakarta E-Prix event is a form of Jakarta's readiness to welcome the era of emission-free vehicles.
City and FEO Director Appreciate Preparation of MSMEs Involved in Jakarta E-Prix"You're the one who will participate in the first Jakarta E-Prix event. The future is the era of emission-free vehicles and free of pollution. It is not just a race, but a message that Jakarta is ready to welcome the future," he conveyed, as quoted from Jakarta PPID's Press Release.
It would also be broadcast to the world and became global attention. This opportunity used by the Jakarta Government to provide a large market for MSMEs to advance and develop.
"Its implementation in Jakarta is unique because it specifically prepares a place for MSMEs. In addition to the upper class, the lower class will also get the opportunity. Our principle is to help them grow, namely by providing the widest opportunity to develop their business," he continued.
"Therefore, you will be highlighted by the world, showing that MSMEs in Jakarta have global standards. Small but giant," he added.
He also advised them to represent Indonesia by being a good host. One of them is by impressing the Formula E audiences. Not only through products but also through the service they show to local and foreign audiences.
"Later, you will meet various people, both local and international. Show them that you are a good host. We want them to have impressions of "the seller was great, friendly, informative, fun" and others. When meeting people, you must remind yourself that you have to make them happy," he mentioned.
"So, wherever your stand is, it will bring the good name of Indonesia. I want to entrust it to you. Show us that you are not only selling good products but also capable of transmitting happiness because you have brought the good name of Indonesia," he asserted.
