The Pademangan Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Unit elevates the Marina River retaining wall on Jalan Pantai Indah, RW 10, Ancol, North Jakarta.
So far, the progress has reached 15 meters or 50 percent
Pademangan Sub-district SDA Unit Head Slamet Riyanto conveyed that the retaining wall was originally elevated as high as 30 centimeters and was increased by 55 centimeters to 85 centimeters.
It was carried out to prevent Marina River water from overflowing onto the road leading to the West Gate of Ancol Dreamland Park during heavy rains.

Marina River retaining wall which was elevated had a length of 28 meters with a width of 30 centimeters for the top and 60 centimeters for the bottom part. The work has been carried out manually by involving 12 personnel since May 17, 2022.
"So far, the progress has reached 15 meters or 50 percent. It is targeted to be completed by mid-June," he explained.
