Djarot Assured the Flood Victims' Aid Distribution

Jakarta Vice Governor Djarot Saiful Hidajat inspected the Manggarai water gate condition, Saturday (12/27). His inspection was done after visiting flood victim in Kampung Pulo. At the same moment, he advised the city administration officers to distribute aid evenly and on target.

Food and mineral water must be delivered first

"I instruct head of urban village and sub-district to coordinate with the Jakarta Disaster Management Agency (BPKD) to distribute the aid," he said, Saturday (12/27).

The former Blitar Mayor also reminded to avoid the aid is misused or sold by some people. "Previously, it happened to us. Please avoid this well," he asked.

Kampung Pulo Flooded, Residents Evacuated

He hoped the aid distribution is better than before. "Distribute the aid directly for those who need. Don't keep the aid in one place while the others lack of aid. Food and mineral water must be delivered first . Do not forget to provide the mobile toilet," he disclosed.
