477 Households Ready to Occupy 3 Flats in W. Jakarta

The renovation of the flats of Angke, Muara Angke, and Tambora in West Jakarta are finally completed and ready to be re-occupied by 477 households or old occupants in mid-January 2015.

For rental cost, residents do not know it for sure because the department had offered Rp 550 thousand per month.
500 Blocks of Flat Provided Next Year"Indeed, rental cost is still blur. Yet, the department had offered it to us at Rp 550 thousand per month, but it is too expensive. I hope its amount can be deducted," he expected.
Meanwhile, Head of Jakarta Flat Management Unit Region II, Ujang Zainuddin explained that flat rental price is minimally Rp 500 thousand per month, considering it already been adjusted with flat wide and its facility. This is because such flats subsidized by Jakarta Provincial Government amounting to 80 percent.
"Surely, it (rental cost) is already under further discussion," he stressed.
