Family Data Processing Collaboration
Since 2019, the administration has collaborated with the Jakarta TP PKK, involving 3,541 TP PKKs to sub-districts, and 76,114 Dasawisma cadres, in this case, they are part of the PKK cadres, to process data at the household level using the digital application 'CARIK JAKARTA'.
They also have an important role in mobilizing, recording, and conveying information to the public. The word 'Carik' is taken from a Javanese term which means 'juru tulis' (writer).
This reflects the task of PKK or Dasawisma cadres as data collectors who are the spearhead of this centralized data collection collaboration. One-stop family data collection is also an integral part of synchronization and integration of data for all families in Jakarta.
As in 2021, data collection has been carried out on 1.6 million buildings, 1.8 million Heads of Households, 2.6 million families and 8.8 million individuals completed with names, addresses, complete family profile data with various kinds, community social status, health, to photos of buildings.
The data is also used by various regional apparatus organizations (OPD) under the administration for data matching in various government programs, including social assistance programs, housing, education, potential for disaster vulnerability, as well as research materials by educational institutions.
To support the provision of digital family welfare services, the administration is also developing community services consisting of physical and digital-based infrastructure called PUSPA.
The service can later be used as a center for information and coordination of health care and one-stop family resilience.
