PT MRT Jakarta President Director William Sabandar disclosed that creativity is following the mandate, where the MRT not only provides an urban transportation system but also a third space that has a travel experience for every user, becoming a meeting and interaction space for people with various backgrounds.

He explained that the development of the area around the station is no longer just an intermodal transit area. Dukuh Atas as the first transit-oriented area in Jakarta has transformed into a center for creative arts and cultural activities for the community, either from Jakarta or the surrounding cities.
Painting exhibitions, street music concerts, culinary bazaars, dance performances, and street fashion exhibitions graced the area previously known for traffic jams and chaos.
"What we provide (public facilities) is not only for Jakarta residents but for everyone in Indonesia," he explained.
He added that one of the cultural arts activities that are becoming a trend among young people is street fashion shows on weekends around the park. Thousands of young people gathered to show their best fashion.
