These surveys will be conducted in three months. Once it has been determined, the public transport in the area will be used as the test of deposit system elimination, the fleets of buses that operate on those lines should be rejuvenated.
"So we will engage the public transport business owner. Since the deposit system elimination is aimed to improve the service, it must be done thoroughly. Not only the payments are removed, but the bus must also be replaced," continued Kristanto.
If the deposit system is removed, then all city buses will be under the management of PT TransJakarta with per kilometer payment system. The driver will be recruited by PT TransJakarta and will be paid monthly.
