East Jakarta Implements Fast, Easy, and Accountable Service Standards

The East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency (Dukcapil) implements new service standards that are faster, easier, efficient, and accountable.

All these types of services are free

Administration Division Head Sutikno said the standard of service provided to the public is currently faster than before and can be done online via the Alpukat Betawi app or alpukat-dukcapil.jakarta.go.id and WhatsApp number at 0812 8527 7751.

To reach out to the public, the service could also be implemented in 65 urban villages and 10 sub-districts.

"The point is that all types of Dukcapil Sub-agency's services are made easier," he said, Wednesday (8/10).

He went on to say that there were 30 types of services offered, ranging from standard services for Family Card issuance, e-KTP issuance, Child Identity Cards (KIA) issuance, and residents movement.

Then the cancellation of resident registration documents without going through a court order (contrarius actus), recording of e-KTP for residents who are unable to self-report and other types of services.

"All these types of services are free and residents have to propose them themselves, no need to ask for help from others because everything is very easy," he continued.

To satisfy the public, his sub-agency always provides an accountable, friendly, fast, precise, easy service, professional, and free.
