Cilangkap Urban Village Community Welfare Division Head, Safarini explained the assistance recipients were holders of PKH (Keluarga Harapan Program) and Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) from the Social Ministry.
Prior to the distribution, the recipient's data is sent to each RW. After that, it is forwarded to RT and residents or prospective beneficiaries.
