The Seribu Islands Regency administration is about to hold a fashion show competition event entitled Fashion Week at Sunrise Beach, Karya Island, Panggang Island Urban Village, North Seribu Islands Sub-district, which falls on Thursday (11/10).

The hope is to increase the selling value of tourism in Seribu Islands

Seribu Islands Assistant Inspectorate, Nirwani said that fashion week is held to enliven the Seribu Islands' 21st Anniversary. It will take the theme "Seribu Islands, A Thousand Islands, A Thousand Enchantments".

"The contestants are from representatives of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) from each Seribu Islands Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD)," she expressed, Monday (11/7).

She added registration for fashion week has been opened from Tuesday (11/1) to Monday (11/7). The event was also designed to be a gathering place for the apparatus and ranks of the Seribu Islands Regency administration.

"This is also at the same time to promote tourism in Seribu Islands. The hope is to increase the selling value of tourism in Seribu Islands," he stated.
