The meeting was led by Jakarta DPRD Chairman, Prasetio Edi Marsudi together with three vice chairpersons, including Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono and City Secretary, Marullah Matali.
Jakarta DPRD Chairman, Prasetio Edi Marsudi said, based on the schedule set by the Deliberative Body (Bamus) on September 27, 2022, the council had conducted its third recess activities for the 2022 fiscal year on October 3 to 7 and 24 to 26, 2022.

He explained that the report on the results of the recess of the three leaders and members of the DPRD was submitted to the Acting Governor to be followed up in the Jakarta Musrenbang.
"The results of this recess are one of the inputs in the preparation of local government work plans," he explained.
While DPRD Member, Jamaludin uttered that recess is part of the mechanism for channeling the aspirations of the community which is continued to the executive.
Therefore, it was hoped that the aspirations absorbed through recess activities could be accommodated, thus the results were not merely ceremonial activities.
"The Jakarta DPRD Commission will monitor the follow-up to the results of the recess of the three leaders and members for the 2022 fiscal year following applicable laws and regulations," he added.
He also read the report on the results of the recess which was a compilation of several activities of the leadership and members of the DPRD totaling hundreds of aspirations which were divided into several fields including the fields of government, land and public order; economy, and people's welfare and education.
