Iwan Takwin Appointed as President Director of PT Jakpro

Based on the Shareholders' Resolution outside the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), it has been agreed to honorably discharge the Company's Directors, namely Widi Amanasto, Gunung Kartiko, Leonardus W. Wasono Mihardjo, Muhammad Taufiqurrachman, and Iwan Takwin.
Then the Shareholders agreed to appoint Iwan Takwin as President Director of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro); I Gede Adi Adnyana T, Adrian Rusmana, Solihin, and Adi Santosa as Directors of the Company; and Dwi Wahyu Daryoto as Commissioner of the Company.

The process of appointing and dismissing the Directors and Commissioners of PT Jakpro has been carried out by the provisions of the laws and regulations," expressed Jakarta BP BUMD Acting Head, Fitria Rahadiani, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release yesterday.
She also revealed that it was part of the efforts and strategies undertaken to refresh the ranks of the company's management, as well as placing managers who have integrity, dedication, reliable competence, professionalism, and experience. By doing so, it was expected that PT Jakpro could play a maximum role in terms of providing public services and developing business in the future.
As for the information, the replacement of PT Jakpro's members of the Board of Directors and Commissioners is following Article 91 of Law 40/2007 on Limited Liability Companies which states that Shareholders can also make binding decisions outside the GMS provided that all shareholders with voting rights agree in writing by signing the proposal concerned.
