Bank DKI President Director Arnaldy Wins Indonesia Most Acclaimed CEO Award 2022

Bank DKI President Director Fidri Arnaldy received the 'Indonesia Most Acclaimed CEO 2022 with Outstanding Leadership in Providing Reliable Banking Service Category Regional Bank' award initiated by Warta Ekonomi.

This award reaffirms the achievement of Bank DKI's positive performance

The award was won for his success in leading the company's transformation since 2021 and polishing positive financial performance amid conditions that are still filled with uncertainty.

He greatly appreciates the award he has won. That award was deemed  to be a valuable achievement for his efforts to lead the Transformation 5.0 program at Bank DKI.

"This award reaffirms the achievement of Bank DKI's positive performance which has been recognized by various leading independent institutions," he expressed, Monday (12/19).

Bank DKI Secretary, Arie Rinaldi explained that he said the spirit of leadership under Arnaldy's leadership helped encourage Bank DKI personnel to continue to show competence and contribution as well as innovate to realize the vision of becoming the Bank of Choice for an Advanced and Prosperous Jakarta.

He added the award he received also fostered a spirit of optimism for the various efforts that have been made by Bank DKI in facing the era of disruption in the future.

"We continue to be committed to presenting innovation and providing the best service to customers and meeting stakeholder expectations, towards digitization," he stated.

As for information, the Indonesia Most Acclaimed CEO 2022 award is a form of appreciation from the Warta Ekonomi research team for the performance of CEOs, Presidents, Directors, Main Directors from various industry categories such as agribusiness, life and general insurance, energy, retail to banking.

The assessment was carried out based on desk research methods, media monitoring and expert panels in looking at the quality of leaders such as company performance during 2021-2022 and content analysis by looking at various positive sentiments that have appeared in the media including social media throughout 2021.

Several supporting indicators had also passed through assessment. Among them were related to Corporate strategy, Organizational Alignment, Team and Process, Personal Working Norms, External Stakeholders, and Board Engagement.

Arnaldy, who has served as the Main Director of Bank DKI since June 28 2021, has more than 32 years of experience in both conventional and sharia banking with the best performance achievements.

Various positive performance achievements and solid expansion have been recorded by Bank DKI. This is reflected in the record net profit of Rp 726 billion or growing 28.83 percent year on year (YoY) in the third quarter of 2022.

Bank DKI has also won 33 prestigious awards throughout 2022. Among other things, the award was ranked 15th out of the 20 Best Banks by Forbes Indonesia magazine.

Most recently, Bank DKI won the 'TOP Digital Implementation 2022 #STARS 4' award and the Bank DKI President Director was also named the 'TOP Leader On Digital Implementation 2022' in the 2022 TOP Digital Awards.
