Realization of 2022 APBD's Revenue and Absorption Experiencing Increases

The performance of the 2022 City Budget (APBD) has increased compared to the previous year.

Regional revenue realization as of 31 December 2022 reached Rp 67.3 trillion or 86.56% of the target of Rp 77.8 trillion. Its realization increased by Rp 1.8 trillion compared to last year by Rp 65.6 trillion.
As of December 31, 2022, Rp 64.9 trillion was absorbed or 84.32% of Rp 76.9 trillion budget. The amount increased by Rp 3.3 trillion compared to the 2021 APBD, which was Rp 61.6 trillion.

Here are the regional revenue (PAD) posts that reached Rp 67.3 trillion:
a. PAD originating from Regional Taxes (Rp 40.3 trillion), Regional Retribution revenues (Rp 376.4 billion), revenues from Regional Wealth Management which are separated (Rp 402.4 billion), and other income Legitimate PAD (Rp 4.6 trillion)
b. Central government transfer revenue reached Rp 18.9 trillion
c. Other legitimate income reached Rp 2.8 trillion
"Fiscal incentive policies such as reducing urban and rural land and building tax (PBB-P2) and eliminating regional tax administrative sanctions have contributed to an increase in the realization of the Jakarta Provincial Government's 2022 revenue," he explained.
As for regional expenditure posts, which reached Rp 64.9 trillion:
a. Operating Expenditures derived from Personnel Expenditures (Rp 17.7 trillion), Goods and Services Expenditures (Rp 23.6 trillion), Interest Expenditure (Rp 270.6 billion), Subsidy Expenditures (Rp 6.3 trillion), Grant Expenditures (Rp 2.7 trillion), and Social Assistance Expenditures (Rp 5.04 trillion)
b. Capital Expenditure reached Rp 8.8 trillion
c. Unexpected Spending reached Rp 67.8 billion
d. Transfer spending in the form of financial assistance reached Rp 484.8 billion
"The 2022 budget absorption, which is reflected in this regional expenditure post, shows that there is an economic movement in Jakarta that continues to grow. Jakarta APBD is always reliably managed for the community and can be an instrument that supports the economic recovery of Jakarta and Indonesia," he stated.
