Commission A Examines Dukcapil Agency's 2023 Work Program

DPRD Commission A Chairman, Mujiyono disclosed that this meeting was to provide input and examine the latest programs from each regional apparatus organization (OPD) in 2023.

On that occasion, it is known that the public services that have been provided are getting better, which is evidenced by the service innovations and awards that have been achieved so far.

Commission A Prompts BPBD to Prepare Disaster Mitigation

"They (Dukcapil) also always provide convenience while improving service," he expressed.

Ahead of the Election 2024, the Dukcapil became a source of interference from voter data. Thereby, the OPD was asked to synchronize data with the KPU and KPUD. It was to meet the rights of Jakarta residents to participate in the election.

"My message to them is to continue to maintain their achievements. Then is to develop innovative services ranging from door-to-door to digital services," he added.

Dukcapil Agency Head, Budi Awaludin explained that several strategic issues for 2023 were discussed with Commission A. Among them support for the election preparations, the completion of targets and coverage of population services, and ownership of documents up to a limited number of human resources.

"Many directions and input were given to us to deal with issues in 2023. What became their focus was the blank ID Card, which was an internal problem yesterday," he explained.

He went on to say that the residence form was obtained from the Home Ministry (Kemendagri). In early January 2023, the total blank debt was around 83,000, but the ministry was in the process of starting to send 30,000, plus an additional 50,000 blanks were added.

"Hope it can be paid off in February," he stated.
