Jakarta Gears Up to Become Pilot for Acceleration of Stunting Handling"We'll ensure the truth as well as map potential triggers," he said when he attended stunting prevention and national insight socialization activity held by the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) and the Indonesian Police Mobile Brigade Corps (Brimob) in the NCICD Embankment area, Kali Baru UrbanVillage, Tuesday (2/7).
According to him, the trigger for stunted toddlers could be from various factors, including the family's economic conditions, parents' lack of understanding of nutritional intake, or having congenital diseases.
He explained that this validation involved cadres of Dasawisma, PKK, Posyandu, and RT/RW administrators, including all stakeholders and community elements.
"This is our cooperation effort to eradicate stunting," he concluded.
Based on the validation results, he would follow up with a stunting management program. Hopefully, the stunting problem in Kali Baru area and Cilincing Sub-district could be resolved effectively and efficiently.
"So, the result of mapping the potential triggers will be the formulation of the pattern of handling," he concluded.
