The Coordination Meeting was held at the Jakarta City Hall on Friday (2/10) with the Directorate General of State Assets, Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) regarding the utilization of state assets in Jakarta after moving to the Nusantara Capital City (IKN). On this occasion, Jakarta Acting Governor Heru Budi Hartono discussed the importance of synergizing post-relocation spatial plans.

"The decision on how it will be used is the authority of the Finance Ministry. Hope the development growth at IKN Nusantara will continue, while the sustainability of development planning in Jakarta is also going well," he explained.
To execute it, his party would also work together with the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency (PPN/Bappenas) to discuss the spatial plan.
State Assets Director General Ronald Silaban uttered that his party asked for support from the Jakarta Government in conducting valuations and optimizing existing assets in Jakarta, thus they could have the highest value.
"In this meeting with the Acting Governor, we ask for the Jakarta Government's support, thus these assets will later meet the 'highest and the best use' criteria. This is because the ministry is BMN administrator and the ministry/agency is user, we're preparing a 'grand design' related to the use of BMN itself," he uttered.
