"We started at the sub-district level. Each sub-district is only allowed to send its best RPTRA," he explained.
He went on to say that the RPTRA that passed the selection at the sub-district level would then be selected to become participants at the city level. In total, there are eight RPTRAs from sub-districts that have progressed to the city level.
"We determine the best. 1st winner at the city level will advance to the province," he furthered.
In this event, several competitions would be held, such as an RPTRA administration competition for administrators at the urban village level, U-16 futsal competition, 4.5 and six year old Lego competition.
"Then there is a coloring competition and traditional dances. However, the age of the participants is currently being discussed," he added.
It aims to explore the potential or talents of children, thus they can be channeled to the related sub-agency. It is also to stimulate RPTRA competitions and community empowerment.
"Hopefully, with this competition, potential and new talents in Central Jakarta can be seen," he stated.
