"Don't worry, we will continue to realize the dynamic allowance. Because Jakarta Provincial Government never use general allocation funds (DAU) during today," said Basuki at City Hall, Wednesday (2/25).
Basuki continued, "Yes, I've received the letter. But, my question is, is the Minister aware about General Director's salary that reached around Rp 200 to 300 million? Why they are allowed? Moreover, the Jakarta Civil Servant's salary is already exceeding other provinces since the past because we are not taking the general allocation funds from State Budget (APBN)," said Basuki.
2015, Lowest-Class Civil Servant's Salary Rp 12 MFurthermore, Jakarta Governor likens the salary as weather. He said, the Civil Servants will never get the rain if they do not work optimally.
"If you don't want to give official salary, it is also ok, but the rain will not be evenly distributed. There will be technical management team, and will be various fees totalling more than 30 percent compared to dynamic allowance that maximum only 24 percent. Why only 24 percent? Because we only create overcast clouds in all place, but the rain will come based on your performance. So, this case should have been reprimanded from the first," he revealed.
Basuki also admitted to get confused of the reprimand letter because the Minister has visited City Hall to clarify the allowance with him. Then after the meeting, Yuddi gives approval for the dynamic allowance.
"I got confused because he (the Minister) said yes, but the letter said no," said the Jakarta Governor.
