He explained a number of superior features available in the ROS application include a collection feature for retribution collection operators, enabling data entry and retribution calculations based on requests to the issuance of calculation notes, printouts of SSRD and SKRD, and includes proposing the write-off of receivables from the collector's SKPD and the proposing process retribution ticket perforation.
Second, the projection and target features facilitate the process of proposing levy targets from the Retribution Collector's SKPD and making the BA for setting targets between Bapenda and SKPD. It aims to ensure neat and controlled documentation.
"Third, a monitoring feature that has a role in collecting revenue data, detailing receipts and planning and realizing retribution targets. Fourth, the report feature allows the creation of digital and structured monthly reports, which produce fast and accurate calculations," he explained.
He added its launching was not only a technological change, but also a big step for an administrative revolution in the pursuit of service efficiency and accuracy.
