Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono confirmed members of Jakarta Arts Council (DKJ) for the 2023-2026 term, at Great Hall, City Hall, Central Jakarta, Friday (9/22).

At that time, he inaugurated 30 members who are artists and arts activists where they were divided into several committees, namely the film, music, literature, fine arts, dance, and theater committees.

According to him, the Jakarta Arts Council also conducted the vision and mission to advance Taman Ismail Marzuki as an arts ecosystem at a high level and increase the role of arts and culture from the lower levels.
"Increasing talent is the role of all members of the Jakarta Arts Council and hopefully we can involve many other parties to work together," he explained.
In the future, his party would also hold an event in collaboration with the Jakarta Arts Council on Taman Ismail Marzuki's Anniversary on November 10.
"We convey verbally to the Acting Governor to be present in commemorating the anniversary which will be filled with activities such as literature, film, fine arts, music, dance, all joining into one event," he explained.
