In his speech, he was supporting the Jakarta High Court to further optimize the digitalization of court applications through e-court.

"My appreciation for the holding of the Annual Performance Report of the Jakarta High Court and its staff. This report reflects on the performance of law enforcement in Jakarta, as well as being a moment for joint evaluation," he expressed, at Jakarta High Court Office, Central Jakarta, Thursday (1/4).

He added the Jakarta Government would keep supporting the Jakarta High Court's efforts in innovating a modern court system through e-court.

It is following Supreme Court Regulation number 7/2022 on the electronic administration of cases and trials, which calls for all types of cases to be conducted e-court.

"E-court is a form of court service to the public for registering cases, paying court fees, summoning court parties, and conducting trials online," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta Government's press release.

It is a positive step to simplify the judicial process in a cost-effective and time-saving manner and can reduce the number of people who physically visit the high court office.

"Hopefully, it can be socialized regularly on various platforms, thus Jakarta residents are more familiar with this system update," he explained.

On that occasion, he represented the Jakarta Government to express his gratitude to the ranks of the Jakarta Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda), namely the Jakarta High Court, Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office, Polda Metro Jaya, and Kodam Jaya for the cooperation that has been established during 2023.

"This meeting is also a momentum to strengthen the synergy between Forkopimda and law enforcement in Jakarta to create a safe, peaceful, and prosperous Jakarta," he asserted.
