Around 53 street vendor's kiosks that built on the drainage, Jalan Ampera Besar RW 09, Pademangan Barat Urban Village, Pademangan, North Jakarta, demolished by 50 Satpol PP personnel Thursday (4/2).

Those stalls that have covered the drainage for years caused the Kali Mati's connecting channel clogged due to filled with mud. As a result, flooding always happens during rainy season. Previously, the related unit had sent warning letter repeatedly to the owners, thus the demolishment run smoothly without protest.
