Tanjung Priok Sub-district's Food Tenacity, Maritime, and Agriculture (KPKP) Implementer Unit Head, Milya Purnamasari, said today's supervision was done at residential on Jalan Swadaya, RT 08/06, Kebon Bawang, Tanjung Priok Sub-district, Tuesday (1/16).
"We received report regarding resident keeping poultry at residential. It is forbidden based on the regulation," she said.

"We have warned the owners persuasively to sell and not to keep poultries again," she explained.
The raid will be held again if similar thing is happen again.
"I hope the residents obey the regulation for the sake of their comfort and health," she closed.
Kebon Bawang Urban Village Head, Nursetiyono, welcomed the raid enthusiastically. It is because the regulation stated in Bylaw No 4/2007 about Poultry Controlling, Keeping, and Distribution, is already clear.
"Keeping poultries in residential is forbidden. It can trigger bird flu as well," he stated.
Meanwhile, RT 08/06 Head, Kebon Bawang Urban Village, Rahman, said that the empty house was already abandoned by the owner for years.
"There are six people used the house to keep poultries. I hope there will be no more poultries to be kept in residential," he stated.
